This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game AETHERMERE (the “App”), published by IVYXON Games (Polaris LLC).
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no user accounts, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. Gameplay runs entirely offline.
The App uses the network in one situation only: to complete or restore an in-app purchase. Those transactions are handled by Google Play's billing system or Apple's App Store under their own terms. We operate no server of our own, and we receive no payment information, purchase history, or personal data from them — the App only learns whether the unlock is owned.
Game progress (story completion, collected cards, remaining lives) and audio settings are stored only in the App's local storage on your device. We never transmit this data anywhere, because we operate no server to transmit it to. It is removed when you uninstall the App.
One clarification, so this section is exact: if your device's system backup is turned on, your operating system may include this data in the backup held in your own Google or Apple account (Android Auto Backup / iCloud Backup). That backup belongs to you and is controlled by you in your device settings. We have no access to it.
The App does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos.
On Android, the App declares only the standard INTERNET permission, which the in-app purchase flow requires. Android grants it without showing a prompt, and the App uses it for nothing else.
Because the App collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.
If a future update changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version is released.

本プライバシーポリシーは、IVYXON Games（ポラリス合同会社）が提供するモバイルゲーム「AETHERMERE」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
本アプリは、個人情報を含むいかなるデータも収集・送信・共有しません。アクセス解析・広告・ユーザーアカウント・データを収集する第三者SDKは一切含まれていません。ゲームプレイは完全にオフラインで動作します。
本アプリがネットワーク通信を行うのは、アプリ内購入とその復元を行うときのみです。これらの取引は Google Play の課金システムおよび Apple の App Store が、各社の規約に基づいて処理します。当社は自社サーバーを保有しておらず、支払い情報・購入履歴・個人情報をこれらのサービスから受け取ることもありません。本アプリが知り得るのは「解放済みかどうか」の情報のみです。
ゲームの進行状況（ストーリー進行・収集カード・残りライフ）と音量設定は、お使いの端末内のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。当社がこれらのデータを送信することはありません（送信先となるサーバーを保有していないためです）。これらのデータは、アプリを削除すると消去されます。
正確を期すための補足です。端末のシステムバックアップ機能が有効になっている場合、OS がこれらのデータをお客様ご自身の Google アカウントまたは Apple ID のバックアップに含めることがあります（Android の自動バックアップ / iCloud バックアップ）。このバックアップはお客様に帰属し、端末の設定でお客様が制御するものです。当社がアクセスすることはできません。
本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先・写真にはアクセスしません。
Android では、アプリ内購入に必要な標準の INTERNET 権限のみを宣言しています。この権限は確認ダイアログが表示されない種類のもので、本アプリはこれを他の用途には一切使用しません。
本アプリはデータを一切収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集することはありません。
将来のアップデートで上記の内容に変更が生じる場合は、そのバージョンの公開前に本ページを更新します。
